Mending Moments

About Us!

Mending Moments is a registered mobile, trauma-informed 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings healing experiences directly into the spaces where people feel safe. This could be a shelter, community center, or assisted living facility. We provide inclusive programs that build confidence, creativity, problem-solving, independence, and meaningful community connection. Through hands-on workshops and supportive group experiences, we foster emotional resilience, self-worth, and life skills. These are key ingredients for long-term healing and well-being.Whenever possible, we incorporate upcycled and repurposed materials into our projects. This helps reduce waste, lower costs, and give new life to items that might otherwise end up in the landfill. It also reflects our belief that transformation is always possible — both in people and in materials.
